Family Planning

The Women’s Health/Family Planning program provides uninsured or underinsured women with low-cost contraception.  Patients are counseled and given educational handouts on risks and benefits of the many types of contraception.  For more information or an appointment please call Central Utah Public Health Department office in your county.

  • Sexually transmitted disease screening diagnosis and treatment
