Medicaid Consumer Education

The Central Utah Public Health Department Medicaid Consumer Education Program helps Medicaid customers by assisting them in resolving problems with access to care and educating them in regards to their benefits. The program can also supply a list of providers who accept Medicaid in the health district. If you would like more information about your Medicaid services please call the Central Utah Public Health Department office in your county.
