Immunization Clinic Schedule:

1st Tuesday from 2 – 4:30 p.m.

2nd Tuesday from 2 – 6 p.m.

3rd Tuesday from 1 – 4:30 p.m.

1st Tuesday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Food Handlers Permit Information & Class Schedule

ALL food service employees are required by State law to have this certification.

This includes cooks, servers, hostesses, dishwashers; and cashiers in convenience stores that serve potentially hazardous foods such as soups, hotdogs, and other foods prepared on-site. It is also recommended for nurse's aides. If your job involves handling food, you need a Food Handler's Permit.

Classes take about an hour. You will watch a video detailing correct food and utensil handling, hand-washing, cooking and cooling, and dishwashing; and take a multiple-choice test.

Cost is $15.00, cash, check or money order. (We can not accept credit cards)

The FHP is good for three years, only in the state of Utah. FHP or equivalent holders from other states must take the Utah course.

Due to the short time of the course, latecomers may be turned away!

Food Handler Class Schedule:

4th Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m.

Note: If a holiday falls on the fourth Monday, the class will be the next Monday at 3:30 p.m.

Women Infants Children (WIC) Class Schedule:

1st Thursday from 9:00 a.m., 10:30a.m., 1:30p.m., 3:00p.m. & 4:30 p.m.

3rd Thursday: 10:30 a.m.(Spanish Interpreter Available), 1:30, 3:00, 4:30 & 6:00 p.m. (Spanish Interpreter Available)
