Well Child Screening

Well child screening exams are vital to a child's health. Early identification of minor problems helps to prevent more severe problems later in life. This program provides a wellness assessment for children and youth from birth through age 20. Services include a physical, growth and development assessment, vision, hearing, lab tests, dental check and immunizations (if needed). Referral to a primary provider for further evaluation is made when needed.
